"Tess helped with our German shepherd Simba. She was absolutely amazing with him, he was not an easy patient as he did not like strangers, Tess was kind, patient, compassionate and gentle with him. Tess explained everything to us and took her time showing us what to do at home with him, she took the time to answer all of our questions and no questin was a silly one, at no point did we feel rushed. The interactive emails were also great for showing us what to do at home and were really easy to follow. It can be intimidating sometimes visiting any health care professional but Tess made us feel so welcome and did not show any judgement, just a want to help our boy. Simba quickly began to trust Tess and enjoyed his sessions with her, especially the massages. Thank you for all of your help"
