Tess will only treat patients that have been referred to her from the patients veterinarian. This is organised by Tess once the client has contacted her regarding treatment. I will ask the referring veterinary surgeon to fill out my referral form and send back to me once completed with an up to date history. Once i have received these two things i will organise an appointment. Tess will send a Physiotherapy report after every consultation with the patient, to keep the referring vet updated on the patients progress. Tess is insured with Balens insurance company.
